From drawing to delivery
How your furniture is made
- Drawings approved. Production starts only from the final, signed-off drawings and material selections.
- Cutting. Boards are cut to the exact sizes in your drawings.
- Edge banding and finishing. Edges are sealed and finishes applied for a clean, durable result.
- Hardware and pre-assembly. Holes are drilled for hinges and channels, and units are checked before they leave.
- Quality check and packing. Every panel is inspected against the drawings, labelled and packed for safe delivery.
- Installation. Our installers fit the units on site, and our supervisor checks them against the drawings.
